The flying sofa doctor Frank on tour!

It's no secret that we love all our furniture. Lovingly refurbished and securely shipped, it finds a home not only in Germany, but often also in other European countries and worldwide. In addition to refurbishing, we also attach great importance to ensuring that you can rely on our long-term service. After all, this shouldn't be a short-term fling between you and your favorite piece, but ideally a long-term partnership.

Not all furniture is equally easy to care for. Pieces with extra technical features, in particular, sometimes have the potential for unruly performance or require professional repair. But what do you do if your living room is abroad, but our repair and technology specialist is working his magic in Cologne-Lövenich? Revive customers from Spain recently asked this question and contacted us.

And what can we say? No problem for our expert Frank . He quickly packed his toolbox and headed to Valencia for life-prolonging treatment. The couch doctor on tour, so to speak. And that despite not having flown a plane very often before – hats off to him! So, in addition to a friendly pat on the back, we also packed a detailed travel plan à la Revive to ensure nothing could go wrong on his little adventure.

The patient, a Koinor Free Motion Sofa, was (almost) completely repaired thanks to his expert care. A replacement motor wasn't readily available locally, so we'll be providing it as soon as possible. Afterward, the sofa will hopefully delight its happy owners for many more years. We found a more appealing and faster solution than having to dispose of the part or transport it to Germany to be reconditioned in our workshops.
