Products

Any signs of wear on all our items are clearly illustrated with detailed photos. If no signs of wear are visible in the pictures, the item is in very good condition all round and has no visible defects.

We have most of our offered items in stock and can be viewed in our showroom & warehouse in Cologne-Lövenich.

You can easily book an appointment on site or via video on each product page.

If the product page shows the note "Only available online" instead of the option to book an appointment, we cannot offer a viewing for this product.

We will be happy to respond to your individual wishes and advise you personally.

Delivery

We offer you 3 delivery times:

• Standard (14-21 days)
• Priority (7-14 days)
• Express (1 day)


If you have a more complicated request, just contact us. We will find a suitable solution for you!

By the way: Delivery within Germany, Austria and Switzerland is always carried out by two people to the apartment including disposal of the packaging.
The only exceptions are for smaller products that can easily be sent by parcel, such as stools or bikes.
The 2-man deliveries are carried out by our own trained team. We carefully package all items so that your product arrives safely.

If you have placed an order with us or we have purchased a product from you, we will reserve your appointment.

Within the delivery or collection promise, you will be notified of your appointment at least 3 days in advance by email and text message. Please wait for the appointment confirmation, we cannot give you an exact date in advance either by phone or email.

We pay directly on site via real-time transfer. This way you can be sure that the money is with you before we pick up your piece of furniture.

If your bank does not yet support real-time transfers, the transfer will be made as a normal transfer at the moment of collection.

You can track the transfer being sent to you directly from our driver team on your cell phone. We will also be happy to provide you with a written and legally binding payment confirmation.

Because it poses a significant safety risk for our drivers, who would have to carry large amounts of cash with them.

In addition, cash is a lot of work. By eliminating cash, we have been able to simplify our processes drastically. These constant improvements allow us to continue to offer such good prices.
