Recently, I realized once again how important it is to take breaks.

After a stressful week full of appointments, calls, and obligations, I spontaneously decided yesterday to turn off my smartphone (my go-to relaxation trick!) and put my feet up on my Ligne Roset Smala . And it was the best decision I've made in a long time! I lit some incense and enjoyed simply having nothing to do, no one to talk to, and no place to go.

And I have to say: Today my batteries were recharged! Such moments of relaxation can help us approach everyday life with more joy and energy. It's important to pause and take a break every now and then. The world is hectic enough, and information is constantly bombarding us.
