Fabrics & more – our new partnership with Rolf Benz!

As a Revive Insider, you know our goal : to revolutionize the market for used designer furniture and promote greater sustainability in the furniture industry . We're always delighted when our ideas resonate with the big names in designer furniture and develop a vibrant partnership between equals . This is also the case with Rolf Benz . The Nagold-based label stands for sustainable upholstery culture and innovative furniture design. We think it's a perfect fit for us!

Starting this year, as an official partner, we will be taking over leftover materials from Rolf Benz that were previously left over from the long-established company's production and then disposed of. Rolf Benz normally orders minimum quantities of fabrics for its annual collections , which cannot all be used up. With us, these leftover materials are now finding a new life and giving one or two pieces of furniture a high-quality new cover. Soon, we will have fabrics from the last three years of Rolf Benz collections in stock, which you may soon be able to order by the meter. We're currently working on a feasible idea for this, and you'll of course hear directly from us as soon as there's any news on this.

Our founder Paul and team member Lukas took advantage of this relatively new collaboration to take a look around the hallowed Rolf Benz halls. Since its founding in 1964, the company has been designing and producing innovative upholstery culture in the Black Forest. "Made in Germany" isn't just a cliché here, but an excellent promise. Paul and Lukas were able to see this for themselves.

They were particularly impressed not only by the label's extensive product range , but also by the vibrant energy of the place and the high quality of the company headquarters. Here, what they produce is lived: quality! On-site, Paul and Lukas met CEO Jürgen Mauß, Head of Marketing Vanessa Herzog, Head of Customer Service Markus Schott, and Wolfgang Frey, and were given a tour of the production facility. A highlight for our founder Paul: quality control. Here, for example, chairs are tilted 40,000 times to check for breakage. It's almost enough to make you feel sorry for these fine pieces ;)
