Mit der Vitra Akari 22N Stehlampe holst du dir ein leuchtendes Kunstwerk in dein Zuhause, das die Grenze zwischen Möbelstück und Skulptur verschimmen lässt. Der Entwurf von Isamu Noguchi aus dem Jahr 1951 ist ein absoluter Klassiker des organischen Designs. Uns begeistert an dieser Leuchte besonders das sanfte, warme Licht, das durch das handgeschöpfte Washi-Papier gefiltert wird und jedem Raum sofort eine beruhigende, fast meditative Atmosphäre verleiht.

Das filigrane, schwarze Dreibein-Gestell aus lackiertem Stahldraht sorgt für einen spannenden Kontrast zum voluminösen, cremeweißen Papierkörper. Die charakteristische Rautenform (Doppelpyramide) wirkt trotz ihrer Größe leicht und luftig. Jede Akari-Leuchte wird bis heute in der Manufaktur Ozeki in Gifu in traditioneller Handarbeit gefertigt – das macht jede Lampe zu einem echten Unikat mit einer ganz besonderen Haptik.

Dank der zeitlosen Formsprache und der natürlichen Materialien fügt sich die Akari 22N perfekt in minimalistische, japanisch inspirierte oder auch eklektische Einrichtungsstile ein. Sie ist weit mehr als nur eine Lichtquelle; sie ist ein Symbol für japanische Handwerkskunst und modernes Designverständnis.
