This rug from Vintage Carpets in a beautiful gray is one-of-a-kind. The carpet is handmade and 30 to 50 years old. The carpet was trimmed by hand. The patterns and colors were then exposed to the sun to get the contemporary look. The carpet was then steam washed to fade the color. A decision is then made: will the carpet retain its stonewash effect or will it be recolored with vibrant colors and shades. The result is the unique carpet offered here, which is the perfect combination of old and new. The rug adds a new dimension to any type of interior design.
